Deluxe hotel, beautiful decoration, excellent location near Stadtpark, friendly and helpful staff, pretty views from room's window, quiet at night.

Attentive and friendly staff made us feel welcome. Our room had a beautiful view of the old buildings in the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and plenty of things to do nearby. The hotel bar had an impressive selection of cocktails. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including a great selection of fresh leaf teas. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and welcoming staff.

The staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay, particularly the waiters and waitresses at breakfast who provided excellent service. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near a metro station and within walking distance of many attractions. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.

One downside was the limited dinner menu and wine list at the hotel's restaurant. We were expecting a wider variety of choices and options.

The Club room on the 12th floor exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, even though it was a bit small. The highlight of our stay was the Club lounge, offering a delicious breakfast, lovely afternoon tea, and satisfying evening food with complimentary drinks. The staff, especially Sophie, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location, just a 10-minute walk from major sights, was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the high standard of service and exclusive amenities this hotel provides. the Spa lounge offered a range of relaxing options including a sauna, steam room, and massage treatments which helped us recharge our batteries after a long flight. the Buffet breakfast included a wide range of special diet menus, the In-room breakfast was a perfect start to our day. the Bar/ Lounge area had great cocktails and the Restaurant was perfect for a romantic dinner.

The only minor issue we found was the location, although it was pretty close to the city center, it was not walking distance.

I found the reception staff to be not well-trained.

This hotel is a hidden gem, located right in the city center in a beautiful area besides Stadtpark. The convenience cannot be understated, as it is just across the road from the Stadtpark metro station. The rooms offer amazing views of the park, especially when you have the windows open. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with all the essentials provided. The breakfast is a real treat, with a wide array of options to choose from, and the added bonus of champagne included.

Everything was more than okay, truly satisfying.
